Wow! What a guy! Dan truly is the man! Thank you so much to Dan and his team for helping us tackle the crazy process that is buying your first home! Early on, Dan was able to sit down with us and discuss what each of us were looking for, our budget, and realistically what to expect. He then created a personal profile on his website so that we can review listing's, make notes for him to see, and then he was able to give further guidance. When we finally had a short list of houses to view, Dan went above and beyond to organize the viewings. We went and saw 11 houses that weekend, found our dream home, sent in an offer that Sunday and had it accepted by Tuesday for under asking! Daniel showed his dedication and smooth maneuvering skills by working back and forth with the sellers realtor/the sellers, us, and our mortgage team (Mitchell McCormack at MC Financial).
